Privacy policy
Effective October 3, 2026. This policy explains how Tabletop Tally: Score Keeper (the “App”) handles information.
Information stored on your device
The App stores player names, game setup, scores, results, player statistics, app preferences, and purchase status on your iPhone. This information is used to run scorecards, restore active games, and show game history and head-to-head records.
The developer does not receive this game-night information. Tabletop Tally does not require an account and does not operate a server for player profiles, scores, or game history.
Purchases
The optional one-time unlock is processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may provide the App with transaction information needed to verify and restore the purchase. The developer does not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Sharing, printing, and Live Activities
You choose when to create a result card, share a PDF, print a scorecard, or start a Live Activity. Those actions use iOS features and the destinations you select. The App does not upload these materials to a developer-operated server.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The App does not contain third-party advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking SDKs. It does not sell personal information.
Support messages
If you use the support form below, the name, email address, category, and message you submit are delivered through Web3Forms so the developer can reply. Do not include passwords, payment information, or private information about other players. Support messages may be retained as needed to answer the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
- Delete individual games or reset game history from the App’s settings.
- Choose whether to share, save, or print a result or scorecard.
- Manage Live Activities and notifications in iOS Settings.
- Contact support to ask about a submitted support message.
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the support form.
Changes and contact
This policy may change as the App, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. The current date will remain on this page. Use the support form for privacy questions.
