Easy HDR Glow

Privacy policy and support for the iPhone and iPad app.

Last updated: September 30, 2026

In brief: Easy HDR Glow processes selected photos and logos on your device. It does not upload those images or their metadata to a developer-operated server. Exports intentionally retain the source metadata, including location when present.

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Easy HDR Glow (the “App”), developed by Jeffrey Smith, handles information when you select, process, export, and save images or contact support through this website.

Images and metadata

Images selected from your Photo Library or Files are processed locally on your device. The App reads image pixels and available metadata so it can create the HDR result and preserve information such as capture date, camera details, captions, and GPS coordinates in the exported file. The App does not send selected images or embedded metadata to a developer-operated server.

Photo Library and Files access

The App asks for the access needed to select original images and save finished exports. When available, it may read a photo asset's date and location so those details can be retained when saving. Files chosen through Apple's document picker may be provided by iCloud Drive or another storage provider you have enabled; that provider handles its own service under its privacy terms.

Accounts, purchases, and advertising

No account is required. Easy HDR Glow is planned as a one-time paid download with no in-app purchases. The App does not use advertising to provide its core experience.

Support messages

If you use the Support tab, Web3Forms processes the name, email address, category, and message you submit and delivers them to the developer. Do not include a private photo or sensitive metadata unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for its practices.

Retention and security

The developer does not retain copies of images processed by the App. Support messages may be retained as long as reasonably needed to answer your request, diagnose a problem, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

  • Choose which images to open and whether to save or share an export.
  • Review or change Photo Library permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
  • Remove location or other metadata before using the App if you do not want it preserved in the export.
  • Use the Support tab to ask about a submitted message or make a privacy request.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the support form.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the App, platform requirements, or applicable law changes. The current version and date will remain on this page. Use the Support tab for privacy questions.

How can we help?

Send a question, bug report, feature request, or privacy concern. For display or export problems, include your device model, operating-system version, export format, and what you expected to see. Please avoid attaching private photos or location data unless requested.

Message sent. Thanks—we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Support messages are delivered through Web3Forms.
