App Store Privacy Summary
  • Data Not Collected: This app does not collect or transmit your personal data to the developer.
  • No Tracking: The app does not use tracking technologies and does not track you across apps or websites.
  • No Analytics / Ads: The app does not include third‑party analytics or advertising SDKs.
  • On‑Device Storage: AWS credentials you enter are stored securely on your device in iOS Keychain.
  • Direct AWS Connection: The app connects directly to AWS APIs over HTTPS to access your Amazon Connect data.

Introduction

Amazon Connect Manager ("the App") is designed to minimize data handling by the developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App stores on your device and how the App communicates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) when you manage Amazon Connect contact centers.

App Store Privacy Summary
  • No data collected or shared
  • No tracking or analytics
  • No third-party advertising
  • Credentials stored securely on-device only
  • Direct, encrypted communication with AWS APIs

This app does not collect data as defined by Apple’s App Store privacy guidelines.

Key Privacy Points
  • No data collection: The App does not collect, store, or transmit user data to any developer-controlled servers
  • No analytics: The App does not use analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party SDKs
  • Local storage only: All credentials are stored securely on your device
  • Direct API communication: The App connects directly to AWS services (no developer-operated proxy servers)

Information Storage

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

  • AWS Access Key ID: Used to authenticate with Amazon Web Services
  • AWS Secret Access Key: Used to authenticate with Amazon Web Services
  • Amazon Connect Instance ID: Identifies your Connect instance
  • AWS Region: Specifies which AWS region to connect to

This information is stored securely in the iOS Keychain, Apple's encrypted credential storage system. The data never leaves your device except when communicating directly with AWS APIs.

Data Transmission

The App communicates exclusively with Amazon Web Services (AWS) APIs to:

  • Retrieve real-time contact center metrics and queue statistics
  • Fetch agent status information
  • Access and modify data tables
  • Retrieve and update routing profile assignments
  • List users and their configurations

All communication with AWS is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We do not operate any intermediate servers—your device connects directly to AWS.

Because the App connects directly to AWS, AWS may process and store the information returned by those services according to your AWS account configuration and AWS policies. The developer does not receive a copy of your Amazon Connect data unless you choose to share it.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be explicitly clear about what we do not do:

  • We do not collect personal information
  • We do not track your usage or behavior
  • We do not use analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
  • We do not display advertisements
  • We do not share any data with third parties
  • The developer does not have access to your AWS credentials or Amazon Connect data

Third-Party Services

The App interacts with the following third-party services:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): The App connects to AWS APIs to manage your Amazon Connect instance. AWS processes requests and responses according to your AWS account configuration. Your use of AWS is governed by the AWS Privacy Policy: .
  • Apple iOS: The App uses iOS Keychain for secure credential storage. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy: .

Data Security

We implement the following security measures:

  • iOS Keychain: Credentials are stored in Apple's encrypted Keychain, protected by your device's security (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode)
  • Encrypted transmission: All API communications use TLS encryption
  • AWS Signature V4: API requests are signed using industry-standard AWS authentication
  • No credential logging: Sensitive credentials are never written to logs or debug output

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

  • Delete credentials: You can remove your stored AWS credentials at any time by deleting the App or clearing its data
  • Revoke access: You can revoke the App's access to your AWS account by disabling or deleting the IAM credentials in your AWS console
  • Uninstall: Deleting the App removes all locally stored credentials and configuration data

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The App is designed for business use by contact center administrators and managers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
